Mr. Loveless has been a counselor at West Monroe High School for five years. He graduated from Richfield High School in Waco, Texas. His favorite subjects in high school were American History and Algebra. Mr. Loveless attended college at Baylor University where he received his B.A. in Business Management and Louisiana Tech University where he received his Masters in Counseling. "I love to work with young people and I thought I would have more opportunity to work and help one on one," Mr. Loveless said. Mr. Loveless says his favorite thing about being a counselor is helping young people. Mr. Loveless has not always been a counselor. He was also a Social Studies teacher. He taught World Geography for eight years. Before Mr. Loveless taught Social Studies, he was a Nazarene Pastor for nineteen years.

Advice to students: Dream! Dream big! Set goals and strive to achieve those goals. Don't let anyone or anything rob you of your dreams. Reach out to others along the way and help them to catch a dream of their own.
