Mrs. Fleming has been a counselor at West Monroe for twenty-six years, thirteen as a counselor and thirteen as a teacher. She likes to work with students and parents individually with any problems or concerns they have. Mrs. Fleming graduated from Ouachita High School. Mrs. Fleming attended Louisiana Tech University where she received her Masters Secondary Counseling, and plus thirty in Administrative Leadership. Mrs. Fleming says the most satisfying part of her job is helping the students and their parents. Her favorite movie is the "Thomas Crowne Affair". Her favorite sport at WMHS is football.

Advice to students: Always do the best work possible and make the best grades possible so you will not have any regrets your senior year.
